Clothing was an indication of class in ancient China. The type of fabrics, colors and embroidery on their clothing indicated people’s status in society. Peasants had to dress in blue or black. Click for Measurements Peasant Qi Pao features: • Mandarin collar & frog buttons. • Cap sleeves and black piping. • Straight hem, unlined. • 100% cotton.
