Olive Mao Serve the People Bag

These Mao’s shoulder bags have historical significance. They were often seen worn by the Red Guards during the Cultural Revolution. These bags come in three distinct designs and a variety of colors. Some of the bags feature a picture of Mao Zedong along with his famous slogan Serve the People in Chinese characters. The other bags feature the hammer - representing the working class - and a sickle - which is symbolic of the agricultural class - as well as a 5-pointed star which represents the five fingers of the workers hands.
