Crystal Cut Glass Snuff Bottle

Originating in China over 300 years ago during the Qing Dynasty, these small bottles present a gorgeous array of hand-painted artwork. The remarkable process begins by inserting extremely small slender brushes and bamboo sticks through the narrow neck of the bottle. Relying on years of training and working within the narrow confines of the bottle, the artisan meticulously paints a beautiful image against the inside walls. The entire process can require several days of painting. Display Stand sold separately.
