For an extended operating time, use our square LED battery lanterns or battery operated lanterns. LED's (Light Emitted Diodes) are special diodes that emit light when connected in a circuit. Our LED lanterns can stand on their black plastic rim and be used as centerpieces; they also can be hung from their handles.

Each lantern includes a metal expander. the metal expander is used to keep the paper lantern’s shape. Inserting the metal expander into each lantern takes about 10 seconds.
Each square battery lantern has an opening on the top.
The battery operated unit is located inside the base of the lantern.
